Come to be still, shake it off, breathe, move in a judgment-free zone - Come to let go. - Come to extend prayers to loved ones near and far.
If you have a drum, you are welcome to bring it. Please bring a bottle of water, and be prepared to dance barefoot or in socks.

Acro-fly Workshop with Aaron & Kellie
Kellie & Aaron will be leading a workshop on how to fly safely. We will also explore progressions and hacks for arm balances and handstands. This workshop will be limited to 12 people so we will have time to assist each group. You do not need to bring a partner, though if you have one, please do. We are excited to combine strength, balance, and play.
Sound Ceremony
A holistic experience that utilizes the vibrations and frequencies of various instruments. Participants often lie down or sit comfortably while the sound waves envelop them, facilitating deep meditative states, emotional release, and a sense of unity with the environment.
