At Divinely Rooted Studio, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. We strive to be flexible and accommodating while also respecting the time and commitment of our instructors and fellow students. Please review our UPDATED cancellation policy.

·       Registration: All classes must be booked at least 12 hours in advance. Registration will close 12 hours prior to class time to allow for preparation and to ensure a smooth experience for everyone.

·       Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before class.

4 CLASS MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP, 4 & 8 CLASS PACKS:

Cancellations 24 Hours in Advance will NOT use your class, less than 24 Hours, class is used.
(This applies to everyone except Unlimited Members).

UNLIMITED MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP:
1. One FREE Cancellation per month. A late cancellation is LESS than 24 hours.  

Emergencies will be taken into consideration.  As of February 1st, 2026, late cancellations will incur a $13 fee.

·       No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled class or private session without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited. Please let us know via email at Divinelyrootedstudio@gmail.com if you are unable to attend.

We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a respectful, mindful, and organized environment for all.

Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. In cases such as sudden death or serious accident in the immediate family, or a car accident, please reach out as soon as possible. These situations will be handled compassionately on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Excusable Reasons Include:

·       Waking up feeling unwell

·       Cramps

·       General pain or discomfort

We no longer offer refunds for any reason.  You money can be transferred or applied to another event or class of your choice with a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice before start time emailed to Divinelyrootedstudio@gmail.com
