Restorative

A deeply relaxing practice using props to fully support the body in long-held poses. With minimal effort and a focus on breath, this class encourages rest, nervous system reset, and the release of physical and mental tension. Perfect for stress relief or recovery.

Gentle Yoga

A slow, mindful practice combining standing poses to build strength and floor poses inspired by Yin to release tension in the hips and lower back. Gentle joint movements and breathwork (pranayama) help improve mobility, reduce stress, and deepen body awareness. Ideal for all levels.

Gentle Flow Yoga

In this class, you will be guided through a breath practice, a gentle series of yoga poses, and a closing meditation. This combination helps you to turn inward, connect with, and listen to your body. The use of props is encouraged. You will leave this class with a deeper connection to your body and your intuition.

Combo with Kellie

Combo with Kellie is the best of everything Divinely Rooted has to offer all in one class. The class is structured to incorporate barre,  pilates, and end with relaxing yoga. and Svanasana.  Combo with Kellie is perfect for those who want a little bit of everything from cardio, light weights, abdominal work, breathing and stretching into stillness.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a traditional and gentle form of yoga that focuses on aligning the body, breath, and mind through basic postures and controlled breathing techniques. Strong Yoga

Awaken Pilates

Fusion (Pilates & Yoga)

This class will be a blend of Yoga and Pilates to equally stretch and strengthen to body front to back, side to side and top to bottom.  The class will offer standing, sitting, prone and supine poses to work the front and back body, with a emphasis on core and breathing.
