Mountain Flower uses Native American drums to evoke the heartbeat of Earth Mother accompanied by the ancestors she calls in to help attendees move resistance to healing.
Serving the spiritual community since 1999, Native American Medicine Woman Mountain Flower has helped thousands find peace and live deliberately. She invites each participant to take a turn laying under a 32” magical drum while the group drums over and around each attendee with many other drums. The connection to nature and each other is unmistakable. You play to embrace the next stage of the journey. You play to support one another judgment-free.
Feel the presence of your ancestors while they join the ceremony, helping you hold a unique sacred space where prayers get heard and transformation is accelerated.

Mountain Flower goes to great lengths to create and hold a sacred space for you to have the highest vibrational experience possible. The studio is smudged before setting up, all our equipment is smudged before each use, and everyone is smudged before sitting in ceremonial space. Please be respectful of the process and arrive early.***

Candlelight yoga enhances relaxation to calm the nervous system and improves insomnia, anxiety, and stress. This class will help you feel at ease with slow breathing and gentle movements. This practice will conclude with restorative poses. Props are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Sound Healing uses specific instruments to create a vibration that heals the mind, body, and spirit by relaxing the nervous system. Frequencies create a therapeutic atmosphere that promotes relaxation and an emotional release.
Kellie Turns Yoga 20!
Kellie is turning 20 - in yoga years! Kellie Codianna, owner and founder of Divinely Rooted has officially been teaching yoga for 20 years. That is quite the accomplishment. We are celebrating with our loyal Divinely Rooted community. All Divinely Rooted clients and their families/friends, are welcome to join us for a celebration brunch. We will be providing Green Kettle Coffee and Croissants, as well as Green Kettle will be selling their specialty items for a cost. Kellie will talk about her yoga journey and tell her story of the last 20 years.

Ecstatic Dance
Ecstatic Dance is a freeform dance practice that happens all over the world in small and big spaces. It is usually 1-3 hours long and always has a music flowing like a club scene. The big differences from your typical club are: There is no talking on the dance floor. No booze, No shoes!
