Private Sessions are a holistic mind-body practice taught by a certified therapist, Kellie Codianna to guide you on the path of healing. Private sessions are goal oriented as you will identify your desired targets and challenges at the start of your journey. There are multiple benefits included in these sessions with the advantages of alleviating chronic pain and health conditions such as anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), and obesity. This self-empowering process will stimulate and maintain an optimum state of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. The certified therapists can prescribe individual regimens of postures, breathing exercises, and relaxing techniques to aid the client’s whole being and hold you accountable.
