Yoga for Depression & Anxiety
Have you been struggling with Anxiety and Depression? You are not alone here. I have struggled with this as well and discovered the practice of Pranayama (Breathing) along with Yoga Poses (Asana).

Most people who struggle with anxiety also struggle with depression. Anxiety seems to be much more prevalent with all the stimulation and competition most of us are surrounded by. The focus will comprise of managing anxiety. We do not want to ignore depression so there will be some time looking at when heaviness collapses us how we can move it.
